GDPR tools — your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have rights over your personal data. SILVLA SOLUTION LTD is the controller for TattooBase accounts and shop orders. If a tattoo studio uses Studio features to keep client records, that studio is the controller for those records and TattooBase processes them on the studio’s instructions.
Right of access
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you (profile, orders, messages). For a Studio client record, contact the studio that recorded it.
Right to rectification
You can correct your data at any time from your account or by asking us.
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
You can delete your account completely from your account settings, or ask us by email to delete it for you. For a Studio client record, contact the studio that recorded it; some signed procedure records may need to be kept for the retention period shown on the consent form.
Right to data portability
We will provide your data in a structured format on request.
Right to object and to withdraw consent
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Studio clients can contact their studio to withdraw consent for future use of health data; this does not undo processing already carried out or override a legal retention duty.
For any GDPR request write to info@tattoobase.co.uk (subject "GDPR request") or use the message form. We reply within 30 days at the latest. Full details in the Privacy policy. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk).
